Tenant Screening / Portal Access

Our staff will effectively screen your tenants prior to signing a lease.  Our screening process consists of:

  • Income Verification – We will verify the income of the potential tenant to see if they are able to afford your rent
  • Prior Landlord – We will contact prior landlord(s) to see how they were as tenants in previous places
  • Criminal History Check through multiple sources
  • Credit Check Service – When tenants fill out a rental application, they will be prompted to pay a $35 credit check fee.  
  • Tenants will have a login to our online portal to submit service requests, pay rent, look at account history and have a wide open communication source between you and them

We need to get the right people to rent your units.

Our Performance Guarantees

RENTAL:  We guarantee the tenants that we place for 12 months. If for any reason the tenant defaults in the first year we will re-lease the unit at no additional leasing fee to the Owner. We certify that you will NEVER have to pay two leasing fees in the same 12-month period.

STATEMENTS:  We guarantee you will receive your monthly statement on time every month or that month’s management fee is free

60-DAYS:  We understand that trust is not built overnight. Because we are so confident in the quality of service we provide, we are offering you our 60 Day Guarantee. If on or before your 60th day with our company if you are not completely satisfied with our services we will cancel your contract without penalty and give you up to $500 back in management fees


Landlord Portal Access

We have an online portal that landlords can access to obtain current information about their tenants.

We provide full accounting information within the landlord portal.  Landlords will always know who paid, when they paid and how much they paid.  Landlords will know every step through an eviction process (if the need arises).

We provide a 100% see through channel from landlord to tenant with secure access.


Rent Collection

With our online system, rent is collected electronically from the tenant and deposited directly to the landlord bank account.  We do not ever collect cash or checks from tenants.  We are not a licensed real estate brokerage firm.
